New Features

Insurance Tools Lightning Web Component

Description:  We need to provide a Lightning Web Component that encompasses all available insurance tools and allows an administrative user to add the component to a record home page and to enable/disable each individual insurance tool so that they are available from Lightning Experience and Mobile.

Solution:

A new Lightning Web Component was introduced that is available to be added on any record home page via the Lightning App Builder. The record where this component is added must have a 1:1 relationship to the AgentOne insurance case record (e.g. Opportunity).

Risk Analysis: Low

Affects which Features / Functionality: AgentOne Lightning Components

Availability: Optional

Implementation Steps
The feature is enabled and available to be added to any record home page via the Lightning App Builder but requires that a 1:1 lookup relationship is created from the record on the custom object to the AgentOne insurance case.
Steps:
1. If adding the ‘AgentOne Insurance Tools’ component to a custom object you will need create the lookup relationship to the AgentOne insurance case record
(If using Opportunity, it already has this lookup field installed with the AgentOne package as ‘AgentOne__Insurance_Case__c’.)
2. Open the record home page via the Lightning App Builder and add the AgentOne Insurance Tools component to the page
3. Update the ‘Reference Field’ on the component properties and set it with the lookup field API name to the related insurance case (e.g. from Opportunity the reference field would be set to ‘AgentOne__Insurance_Case__c’)
How To Test
1. Add the AgentOne Insurance Tools component to any record home page (e.g. Opportunity)
2. Customize the properties of the component
  • Label of component
  • Visibility of button
  • Order of buttons
  • Horizontal or vertical
3. Confirm the component is displayed in the record home page
4. Test functionality of displayed buttons
See the related release notes for each of the available actions from the AgentOne Insurance Tools component below:
  • Insurance Tools Component – Start or Open iGO Tool
  • Insurance Tools Component – Add Illustration Tool
  • Insurance Tools Component – Revise Illustration Tool
Insurance  Tools Component – Start or Open iGO Tool

Description:  As an agent user, while using the Lightning Experience, I require the ability to start a new or open an existing IGO/Illustrations case through from any record homepage that has a 1:1 mapping to an Insurance Case (e.g. from an Opportunity when opportunity integration is enabled and the user does not have accessibility to the linked insurance case record).

Solution:
A new tool for Application is added to the AgentOne Insurance Tool Lightning Web Component (LWC) that can be enabled and added to any record home page (e.g. Opportunity) that has a 1:1 relationship to the AgentOne insurance case. When launched, AgentOne will start a new or open an existing iGO case for the linked insurance case through the associated AgentOne – iGO Application lightning component.

Insurance  Tools Component – Revise Illustration Tool

Description: As an agent user, while using the Lightning Experience, I require the ability to run a revised illustration from any record home page that supports Lightning Components (including but not limited to Opportunity and Insurance Case record home pages).

Solution:

Enhancements

Update Salesforce API from v41 to v47

Description: It is good practice to update the SF API version that our product is dependent on, on a regular basis.

AgentOne Changes in Support of iGO web service migration to Ping authentication

Updated Nov 26 2019

This enhancement only had been delayed and disabled on all of the AgentOne Nov 2019 UAT orgs.  On the evening of Nov 22, it was deployed to all UAT orgs, and the production date is Dec 7 2019.  The Remote Settings in the Implementations Steps are available in production, and should be activated as soon as possible prior to the production deployment.

Description:  The VPS Web Service actions after the iGO migration from RSA to Ping no longer work with the original RSA authentication.

Solution:

The iPipeline infrastructure migration from RSA to Ping authentication required that AgentOne make a change from basic authentication with RSA, to bearer authentication with Ping, for each iGO web service request.

Risk Analysis: Medium

Affects which Features / Functionality:

Several AgentOne features make requests to the iGO VPS web service endpoint.  The impacted features include:
  • Copy – triggered from a custom button on the insurance case object
  • Revise Illustration – uses the copy web service from step 1, which is triggered from the “Revise Illustration” button in classic at-a-glance VF page or the new Lightning Web Component
  • Delete – triggered from the standard SF delete button on the insurance case
  • Transfer – triggered in one of many ways. e.g. client owner change, or if opp integration is enabled from opp owner change, or pending case feed change to primary writing agent
  • Sign – triggered from Alert object via the actionable alerts. i.e. signature required alert received from iGO
  • Resend – triggered from Alert object via the actionable alerts. i.e. client signature expired alert received from iGO

Availability: Required Manual Steps

Implementation Steps
Activate the appropriate ‘Remote Site Setting’ for the Ping endpoint URL by following the steps below.
Steps:
  1. Login as an administrative user and go to Setup
  2. In the Quick Search box type “Remote” and click on Remote Site Settings found in the Security section
  3. Click Edit next to the remote site setting for your iGO environment (shown below) and activate it by enabling the Active checkbox
ping_remote_site_settings.jpg
Note: If you are not sure what iGO environment you intend to use (QA, UAT, or PROD), there is no harm in activating all 3 remote site settings shown above.
How To Test
Pre-requisite: Make sure iGO is configured to include support for the VPS web service, and that the environment has been migrated to Ping from RSA.
  1. As an administrative user, make sure the web service is configured correctly (refer to the AgentOne Implementation Guide, section iGO Web Service Configuration)
    1. Confirm the correct web service endpoint and token are added to iGO Server Settings in the Admin app
    2. Confirm that each action is enabled in iGO Functional Settings from the Admin app
  2. As an agent user peform any of the above mentioned actions that trigger the iGO VPS web service request

Fixes

Pending Case Feed – Mailing Address Type Code correction

Description:

The mailing address for contacts were mapped from tc=20 (Policy Mailing Address).  It was concluded that the correct addresstypecode should be tc=17 (Mailing address for the Party/Client).

Solution:

Change all contact’s (primary insured, owner, payor, beneficiary) home address to be mapped from Acord Party\Address\addresstypecode tc=17.  Previously it was mapped from tc=20.

Risk Analysis: Low

Affects which Features / Functionality:  Pending Case Feeds

Availability: Automatic

Implementation Steps

n/a

How To Test
If you support a pending case feed that provides the mailing address for the primary insured or any other Party, drop an ACORD file with a Party that contains an address for Party\Address\addresstypecode tc=17.
Confirm that the policy was correctly updated with the address in the ACORD file.
Salesforce logouts upon iGO Session Death

Description:

When iGO is opened from AgentOne and left idle for 60 minutes, the iGO session will expire and logout. Because the SLO (single log out) settings are enabled, and were defined as a 2-way SLO, this logout triggered a Salesforce logout, requiring the user to log back into Salesforce.

Solution:

The AgentOne / Salesforce connection in PingFed was previously setup as a 2-way SLO (Salesforce logout triggers iGO logout AND iGO logout triggers Salesforce logout). The required change is an configuration change at iPipeline to disable the iGO logout trigger that logged the user out of Salesforce.

Risk Analysis: Low

Affects which Features / Functionality:  iGO Integration, Illustrations Integration

Availability: Automatic

Implementation Steps

n/a

How To Test
  1. Confirm that the ‘Enable Single Logout’ setting is selected for the SSO to iGO connected app
  2. Start iGO from a new or existing case
  3. Wait 60 minutes for the iGO session to expire
  4. Refresh and confirm that you are not automatically logged out of Salesforce
