Carriers with iGO and Drop Tickets, O My!- November 2020

Did You Know?

Carriers with iGO and Drop Tickets, O My!- November 2020

One of the most common requests we receive from an agency is to know which carriers have iGO applications on our platform and which have drop tickets.

We developed two documents that show that information and more!

Details that help you and your end-users understand the workflows of different applications as well as what features are currently available are just a few clicks away.

With so many different carriers, each with their own nuances, we want you to be as informed as possible and we want to make sure the materials we have are meeting your needs! We meet with our internal teams throughout the year to gather updates on different projects and include new projects as they go live. While we do our best to create something that we feel meets the needs of agencies based on the questions received, we always strive to do better. We ultimately want to ensure you have what you need at a glance to make supporting your users as easy as pie.

What questions might you be asking yourself to indicate you should check the documentation?

“Does the Mutual of Omaha Speed e-Ticket go through an agency approval process?”

“Which Paramed Vendor does the Prudential Fast App go to?”

“Which carriers do not have Face to Face signature method available in their applications?”

“Should I offer whip cream or ice cream with pumpkin pie this year?” Just kidding! We all know it should be both.

Our Carriers Installed with iGO matrix and our iGO Carrier Drop Ticket Workflows sheet are two of the most popular spots on our Customer Portal. The articles include links to download the materials and provide information on when the last updates were made.

The Carriers Installed with iGO matrix is an excel sheet that can be downloaded and is in an editable format. This means that you can download and view the full matrix and have the ability to adjust it to meet your needs. You can remove carriers and save it, but make sure to subscribe to it so you receive a notification whenever we update it. The matrix includes information such as the types of signature methods available, the lines of business on our platform, and specific situations where e-Signature might not be available.

Our iGO Carrier Drop Ticket Workflows sheet is not editable at this time but is a sleek one-pager that allows you to quickly locate and digest information about the drop tickets on our platform. Highlighted are the workflows the ticket follows if the agency approval process is built-in and whether the ticket goes to a call center or Paramed Vendor on its journey.

Take the time to pass our documentation around the office and gobble it up! If you think something is missing, or you constantly get the same questions and would like to see them available on our portal, reach out and make the request or throw it on the Idea Exchange. We would love to pour some gravy on what we have now to make it that much better for you. Chances are, if you want something, someone else wants it too!

How can I submit ideas for future enhancements or article ideas?

https://customerportal.ipipeline.com/ideas/

Submit your ideas on how to improve our documentation for iGO applications and drop tickets.

Not sure what to submit?

Here is an example: It would be great if we can see which drop tickets go to the carrier directly and which go to call centers. (Yes, we have that in our drop ticket workflow documentation!)

We look forward to empowering you and helping increase your user adoption!
