FAQs

How Do I Log in for My First e-Delivery?
It’s easy to log into DocFast! If you are a new Distributor or Agent who is ready to log in for your first e-Delivery, follow our steps here.
How Do I e-Deliver the Policy?
If you are a Distributor Case Manager, you can review and approve a document, then e-Deliver the document to the Agent. See our instructions here.

If you are an Agent, you can choose to e-Sign a document, then e-Deliver it to a consumer. See our instructions here.

When Will I Receive My First e-Delivery?
When your first e-Delivery is sent to your organization, the case manager assigned to the policy receives an email from iPipeline to access the document. The case manager must click the link in the email to sign up for an account. Once their account is created, they can log into DocFast to approve their first document.
How Do I Submit a Change Request?
There may be times that you need to request a change on a policy. To access the change request form and submit a change request in DocFast, follow the steps here.
How Do I Submit a Declined Offer?
There may be times that you need to submit a declined offer because a consumer is no longer interested in purchasing the policy. To submit a declined offer within DocFast, follow the steps here.
How Do I Resend a Document?
There may be times that you need to resend a document to a consumer. When choosing to resend a document, you will be presented with two options:

1. Resend the email for the consumer to sign.

2. Allow the consumer to sign with the face to face method.

See our instructions on both methods here.

How Do I Request an Extension?
There may be times that you need to request an extension on a document. To request an extension in DocFast, follow the steps here.
How Do I Print and Hand Deliver a Document?
There may be times when you would like to print and hand deliver a document instead of e-Delivering the document. It is important to understand that when you elect to print and hand deliver a document within DocFast, you are opting out of the e-Delivery process. Once completed, this action cannot be undone and will extend the cycle time involved with delivering the document to the consumer and receiving the signed document. See more information here.
How Do I Transfer/Re-Assign a Document?
If you are a Distributor Case Manager who needs to assign a document delivery to another Case Manager at your agency (this includes a new or existing user), follow our steps here.
