Error message: Your email address is blocked! Please let me know why I can’t download it. Just reinstalled Windows 11. Maybe that will help on your end.

Hi Is there a phone number to call for help ?
I did “click-hold”on Download then selected “open in INcognito tab”
Then I could download just fine.
