How Do I Log Into InsureSight for the First Time?

To log into InsureSight for the first time, follow our instructions here.

How Frequently Is the Data Updated in InsureSight?

Agency Integrator

Data is uploaded to InsureSight every hour for your agency’s data and every 6 hours for our industry data.

 

iGO, Illustrations, Policy Holder Services

Data is uploaded to InsureSight once per day between the hours of 1:00-5:00AM ET. iGO, Illustrations and Policy Holder Services transactions from the previous day will be accessible for reports and dashboards starting at 5:00AM ET.

Which iPipeline Products Are Available in InsureSight?

With InsureSight, the following products are currently available for reporting:

  • Agency Integrator*
  • iGO
  • Illustrations
  • Policy Holder Services

*Additional subscription fee required.

Each product you are subscribed to within InsureSight will be organized with its own set of dashboards. You can select the product from the InsureSight homepage and navigate between dashboards from that product’s dropdown list.

How Do I Access Different Reports?

From the main Dashboard, there is a drop down on the left hand side that provides various reports. Click the drop down and select your desired report.
