When will this upgrade happen? Is there a cost?
July 26th, 2021. There is no cost associated with this upgrade.
Is upgrading required?
Yes, upgrading to the new InsureSight is required for all existing users.
Can I still access the old InsureSight once the new site is available?
No. The new site will replace the old with the same dashboards and reports available, as well as some enhancements.
Which browsers are supported on the new version?

What is Snowflake?
Snowflake is a leading cloud data warehousing company setting the standards for "DATA CLOUD." iPipeline has standardized on Snowflake to support all of our data offerings. We chose Snowflake as it provides, state of the art security, unlimited scalability and performance, and supports instant real-time data sharing across all cloud providers.
What is Power BI?
Power BI is a Business Analytics Cloud service provided by Microsoft. iPipeline has standardized on Power BI, as the technology is an industry leader, providing continuous innovation, rich features and scalability for our customers.
Does InsureSight Have SSO?
InsureSight does not currently support SSO. It is on the roadmap and planned for 2022.
I am currently using scheduled reports. Will my saved exports be imported into the new version?
No. Your existing scheduled reports will need to be recreated in the new system after the upgrade. Note: The ability to schedule reports will not be available until shortly after the release. In the meantime, please utilize our exporting capabilities.
