Below are the connection requirements for Laser App Enterprise 11.
Connections Requirements
When setting up Laser App Enterprise on the server, please make sure that the firewall is set to allow this web address to go through: laserapp.cachefly.net.
This address allows Laser App to connect to the Form’s library to download and update forms in the program.
Also make sure the Laser App IP address is set to be allowed on the server for the same reasons of updating and downloading forms from within the program. (If you need to look up the IP address for Laser App, you can use, “IP Address Lookup”, in a web browser to get the information you need.
