Delete a Case in the iGO e-Application

Overview

You can delete cases from your Case Dashboard by following the steps below.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The delete function is available at the discretion of the agency or carrier where you wrote the application.

If the option is not in the Case Actions drop down menu, you will not be able to delete cases. Cases will be purged from the system after 120 Days of inactivity.

 

Deleting Cases in iGO

1. Access the iGO e-Application from either the carrier or agency website where you started the application.

2. From the Dashboard, click on the Case Actions drop down.

 

3. From the list in the menu, Click Delete Case.

 

4. You will next be asked to confirm that you wish to delete the case.

 

5. Click OK.

The system will confirm that the case has been deleted successfully.
