Completing a Case In Good Order

Overview

Before you sign and submit an application, it must be In Good Order. Here are the steps to ensure you complete a case In Good Order.

 

Completing a Case In Good Order
  1. Complete all required sections of the application. A section is complete when it has a green check mark in the navigation tree on the left hand side of the page. Within those sections, the required fields are highlighted in yellow.
  2. Click on the Validate and Lock Data screen. This page will tell you if your application is In Good Order, or if there are areas that need to be addressed.
  3. If the application is not In Good Order, you will not be able to lock the application.
  4. Click on the “Return to Incomplete Sections of the Application” or click on the section with a red question mark to complete any unfinished sections.
  5. Once all incomplete sections are addressed and all sections have a green check mark, return to the Validate and Lock Data screen.
  6. Click on the Lock application button.
