This article walks through how to send client information from Interactive Advisory Software (IAS) to Laser App Enterprise.
Using IAS to Send a Contact to Laser App Enterprise
1. In the IAS Program, select the Laser App option from any “Household Glance” or “Details” tab.
2. Select the desired Insurance policy information to send to Laser App.
3. Internet Explorer may prompt the user to “Open” or “Save” this file, choose “Open“.
Laser App opens with the client information selected from IAS ready to populate onto forms.
