Recommended System Requirements

The following recommended system requirements should be used for online users:

Hardware 3ghz processor or equivalent

2GB RAM

Browser(s) For Windows:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 & Edge
  • Firefox
    • most recent, stable version
  • Chrome
    • most recent, stable version

For Mac OS/iOS

  • Apple Safari
    • most recent, stable version
Software Adobe Reader/PDF Reader
Internet Bandwidth High speed internet with a minimum of 3MB downstream and 1.5MB upstream

The following recommended system requirements should be used for disconnected users:

Hardware/
Operating System
4ghz processor or equivalent

3GB RAM

2GB free space

Microsoft Windows 7, 8, & 10 running a supported browser

Browser Same as above for online users
Software Same as above for online users
Internet Bandwidth High speed internet with a minimum of 3MB downstream and 1.5MB upstream (for synching purposes, if applicable)

The recommended system requirements for disconnected users include the assumptions that the customer owns, controls, and/or supports users’ computers and such computers do not contain other application(s) which consume(s) more system resources than anticipated or conflicts with the disconnected version of the Services installed on such computers.

The recommended system requirements outlined above may be modified by iPipeline from time to time as technology changes and as enhancements and upgrades are released. iPipeline shall provide, to the extent possible, at least 3 months’ notice for any changes in recommended system requirements.

 

Professional Services Rate

This Agreement only covers support provided off-site by remote linkage (i.e., by way of telephone, e-mail and/or Webex or similar service).  Priority 3 incidents for disconnected users, any on-site support, any support provided directly to a Customer’s Authorized User(s) and any support provided for a Service hosted by Customer shall be provided for a fee at iPipeline’s support rates then in effect (currently $175 per hour as of December 2015) plus any travel related expenses.  Provided however, such support may be covered if specifically noted in the Agreement or an attachment thereto.
